The General Media Directorate of the Popular Mobilization Authority, in cooperation with Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies, held a specialized workshop entitled: "The Use of Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Social Media Platforms", with the participation of a number of media professionals and those interested in the field of digital media.

The workshop addressed ways of employing artificial intelligence technologies in the production of digital media content, as well as mechanisms for analyzing audience trends and measuring their interactions on social media platforms, in a manner that contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of media messages and improving communication strategies.

The workshop also reviewed the latest smart tools and applications used in digital content management and media indicators monitoring, in addition to discussing the opportunities and challenges associated with the use of artificial intelligence in media work, and its role in raising performance efficiency and developing the digital communication system in line with the rapidly accelerating technological transformations.
